Desired Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused on generating targeted revenues and should have strong communication skills. He should be excellent in making concrete business plans and have a demonstrated ability to onboard new clients for meeting annual sales target.

  • Hardcore Sales Professional with minimum 3 – 4 years in sales and business development role in International Business domain.
  • Candidate from Market Research Industry with relevant experience should apply.

Location: India (Hybrid)

Roles & Responsibilities:

The role of the Project Manager is to oversee the set up and management of the data collection to ensure successful completion within best practices. You will also be expected to contribute to company operations processes; providing proactive ideas and plans about improving the efficiency of the project management function and projects.

  • Providing support in pulling together quantitative costings for proposals
  • Overseeing the smooth running of fieldwork and analysis process / data processing
  • Managing DP based on specs and templates provided by the Client.
  • Ensure client timelines are adhered to and suppliers are kept updated of any change.
  • Ability to read and understand questionnaire logic and programming notes, to support checking of survey links/scripts.
  • Check interim and final raw data and data tables to ensure aligned with tab spec and project needs.
  • Providing input and recommendations in project team meetings, identifying any potential fieldwork problems early
  • Monitoring fieldwork costs
  • Managing/mentoring junior members of the Project Management team

     

Qualifications: Preferably master’s degree with specialization in Marketing.

Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • More than 2-3 years of experience in market research project management team (quantitative & qualitative research)
  • Experience managing market research projects (preferred)
  • Good communication skill in English (Both written and spoken)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, planning and organisation skills.
