Careers

Work that actually shows up in the work.

TNB Survey is a lean team running quantitative fieldwork and respondent panels across 35+ markets. The work is real. You will not be one of 500 people doing the same job.

If you want to be somewhere where your work visibly matters — where a decision you make on a Tuesday shows up in a client’s data on a Thursday — this is the right place.

If you want a big corporate structure with defined career ladders, annual competency frameworks, and a team of people between you and the outcome, it is probably not.

  1. Business Development Manager

    Noida, IndiaOn-Site · Full-Time

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition. This is not an account management role. It is a hunting role for someone who is energised by building relationships from scratch, can hold their own in a conversation with a senior research buyer, and knows how to close.

    What you will do

You will own the full new business cycle at TNB Survey. That means identifying the right agencies and brands to target, building a pipeline from cold outreach through to qualified conversations, developing pitches that speak directly to what a client is trying to solve rather than what we are trying to sell, and closing deals that stick. You will work closely enough with the operations team to understand what we can and cannot deliver, so that what you promise is what gets executed. Roughly 70% of your time will be outward facing, on prospecting, pitching, and closing. The remaining 30% will be internal, supporting the handoff of new clients into delivery and staying close to early-stage projects to protect the relationship.

    What we are looking for

5 or more years of sales or business development experience within the market research industry. A verifiable track record of bringing in new clients, not just growing existing ones. Experience in online panel, sample, or quantitative fieldwork is strongly preferred. You will be working in a small team where self-direction is not optional. If you need a structured sales process handed to you, this is not the right fit. If you are good at creating structure from ambiguity, it probably is.

  2. Senior Project Manager, Client Services

    Noida, IndiaOn-Site · Full-Time

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of our existing client portfolio. This is the role that keeps clients coming back. It requires someone who understands the mechanics of quantitative fieldwork well enough to anticipate problems before they become issues, communicate with clients clearly and without spin, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing precision on any of them.

    What you will do

You will be the primary point of contact for a set of established client accounts, responsible for everything from initial project scoping through to final data delivery. That means translating client briefs into actionable fieldwork plans, coordinating with panel vendors and internal operations, setting and managing realistic timelines, monitoring fieldwork quality in real time, and keeping clients informed at every stage. When things go wrong, and in fieldwork they sometimes do, you will be the person who identifies the problem early, proposes a solution, and communicates it to the client before they have to ask.

    What we are looking for

4 or more years of project management experience in quantitative market research, with direct exposure to online panel and fieldwork management. You should have handled client relationships independently and be comfortable having difficult conversations with clients when timelines or quality need to be renegotiated. Familiarity with survey platforms, sample procurement, and basic data quality protocols is expected. Experience managing studies across multiple geographies simultaneously is a significant advantage.

  3. Operations and Research Intern

    Noida, IndiaOn-Site · Internship

We are looking for an intern who is sharp, organised, and willing to get involved in whatever needs doing. This is a generalist role in a lean team. The work will vary week to week depending on what the business needs. That is a feature of the role, not a limitation of it.

    What you will do

Support the team across business development research, CRM updates, proposal preparation, project coordination, vendor liaison, fieldwork tracking, and general office and administrative tasks. No task is beneath this role and no task is beyond it if you are capable of handling it.

    What we are looking for

Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in business, economics, marketing, social sciences, or a related field. Ability to follow through, communicate clearly, and manage your own time without needing to be chased. Good written English. An interest in research or data is useful but not required. Duration and stipend discussed at interview stage.

    Location

    Noida, India. On-site.
