TNB Research Private Limited and TNB Global Survey Pte. Ltd. (collectively “TNB Survey”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you participate in our research panels, surveys, or otherwise interact with our services.

TNB Research Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary for respondents based in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. TNB Global Survey Pte. Ltd. is the Data Controller for respondents based in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region under the Personal Data Protection Act. Both entities jointly operate the TNB Survey panel platform at tnbsurvey.com.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register for our panel, complete surveys, or contact us. This includes:

For respondents based in the European Union, transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised TNB Survey personnel only.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact panelbook@tnbsurvey.com.

India (DPDP 2023) — You have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

Singapore (PDPA) — You have the right to access and correct your personal data and to withdraw consent. In the event of a breach affecting 500 or more individuals we will notify you within 3 days.

United States — California (CCPA/CPRA) — You have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

European Union (GDPR) — Our lawful basis for processing is your explicit consent given at signup. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information please contact us at panelbook@tnbsurvey.com and we will remove it promptly.

11. Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your panel membership is active. If you have not participated in any study or updated your profile for 3 years, your data will be deleted unless you confirm you wish to remain on the panel. You may request deletion at any time by contacting panelbook@tnbsurvey.com.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore), we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
