1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TNB Global Survey, operated by TNB Research Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in any research activity, survey, or study conducted through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms or do not have the legal authority to accept them, please do not participate.

Your continued participation in our research activities constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy available at www.tnbsurvey.com/privacy-policy.

2. Introduction

You have been invited to participate in a research activity (“Activity”) on behalf of a panel owner or research client (“Client”). These Terms set out the general conditions governing your participation. Where specific terms are provided by the Client for a particular Activity, those terms apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms provided for that Activity will take precedence.

We manage incentive payments where applicable. Details of any incentive scheme are provided at the start of each Activity.

3. Eligibility

To participate in our research activities, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age of majority in your country of residence
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of TNB Research Private Limited or the relevant Client, unless explicitly permitted

4. Conditions for Participation

By participating in an Activity, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification from the Activity, forfeiture of any incentives, and termination of your panel membership.

The following quality control measures apply to all Activities:

(A) Activity Speeding

Each Activity has an estimated completion timeframe. If you complete an Activity significantly faster than the estimated time, your responses may be flagged as invalid. You may not receive any incentive for that participation, and your membership may be reviewed.

(B) Attention Check Questions

Activities may include repeated or specific questions designed to verify that you are reading carefully and responding honestly. If your responses to these questions suggest inattention or dishonesty, you may be disqualified from the Activity and your membership may be terminated.

(C) Open-Ended Questions

Where an Activity includes open-ended questions requiring typed responses, answers that are irrelevant, nonsensical, or inappropriate may result in disqualification, forfeiture of incentives, and termination of your account.

(D) Duplicate Participation

You may not participate in the same Activity more than once. Any attempt to submit duplicate responses will result in disqualification and may lead to permanent removal from the panel.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Activity or our platform at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You fail to comply with these Terms or any applicable specific terms
• You participate in an Activity in an unlawful or fraudulent manner
• Your conduct is detrimental to us, the Client, or any third party
• You attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or misuse any aspect of the platform

Upon termination, any accrued but unpaid incentives may be forfeited at our discretion.

6. Incentives

To receive an incentive for an Activity, you must successfully complete your participation in full. The incentive amount for each Activity, where applicable, is communicated at the start of the Activity.

Please note:

• No purchase is necessary to participate or receive incentives
• You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges arising from incentives received
• We accept no liability for any tax consequences resulting from incentives issued or redeemed
• Incentives may be cancelled or withheld in cases of abuse, breach of these Terms, or misrepresentation

7. Intellectual Property

All survey content, questions, research materials, and data collected through our Activities are the exclusive property of TNB Research Private Limited and its Clients. By participating, you assign all rights in your responses to TNB Research Private Limited and its Clients for use in accordance with the relevant research purpose. You retain no intellectual property rights over your survey responses.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.tnbsurvey.com/privacy-policy. By participating in our Activities, you acknowledge that your responses will be used for research purposes in anonymised or aggregated form and will not be attributed to you personally without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNB Research Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in any Activity, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or any other loss or damage of any kind.

Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of any incentive paid or payable to you for the relevant Activity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in our Activities following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
